To start off, I recently bought one of these:


it's an e-cigarette. There's a heating element that cooks some nicotine liquid and comes out as a vapor or some shit. The one I have tastes kinda like a cappucino.

so far I'm liking it (being able to smoke inside and at work, noticeable cut back in regular cigarettes, etc) but I'm not sure if it's refillable once it runs out. I'll find out.

anyways, I still like a normal cigarette every now and then (with coffee, after a meal, etc) but when I'm wasted this thing rules. I think it will be able to help me cut back in the long run.
